      Progressive educational system which is concerned with the well-being of all students. The school board is willing to listen to the concerns of educators and parents.

      Cons

      Carroll County School Board has become a good ole boy with friends of upper management being given administrative jobs instead of the best qualified people. The county supplement for teachers should be increased.

      Wonderful district to work for. Salaries are improving and good for the area. The district office cares about the arts and is very supportive.

      Lack of funding directly from the county. We all write grants to get funds.
