Everyday I'm so thankful for the opportunity that lead me to work for an amazing company like Cascade. This year marks 10years of me working and somewhere down the road, I lots the passion in me to work, and being at Cascade has ignited that lost passion. I wake up every day energetic and happy to start work. How many of us can say that ? A big part of what motivates us to all work is the culture your company creates and I can proudly say that the culture at cascade is AMAZING. Spread across 36 countries with close to 90 employees that make you feel so inclusive and valued, I never had that feeling of being special in a long time and Cascade makes you feel that.
