      No overtime. Predictable schedule. Not much else

      Cons

      Just a number in the shop. The shop manager was not good unfortunately. No proper ventilation which lead to inhalation of cancerous material

      Oil and gas industry always going up and down. Not knowing when the next round of layoffs would be.
