      Toxic work environment, poor management at all levels. Cabal of 5-6 senior staff who have been friends forever run everything with no transparency.

It is a place where staff are encouraged to take bold action, experiment with new tactics, and be entrepreneurial. Staff are extremely smart and committed. CPD also provides competitive salaries, generous benefits, and encourages a healthy work-life balance.
