Rewarding job, terrible management - Technician CenterPointe Employee Review

HORRIBLE management. The management team plays favorites with hours and pay. Technicians are treated poorly. There was an incident where medications went missing and management visited our facility and kept all techs in the back office for over an hour accusing everyone of having stollen them. Insisting that we had substance abuse issues. In the end, it was found that someone from management had stollen them, not one of the college student technicians. Very toxic work environment if you are not one of the favorites. Awful compensation. You will make significantly more working at a gas station.
