Pros
1. The company is really moving upwards with exciting projects in pipe-line 2. Lot of things to learn so there's no limit to personal development. 3. Flexible working hours. Since there was no remote working before COVID so it was quite new to us but the way the business grew and has continued to run have been able to achieve whilst all at home was amazing . 4. Challenging work and decent pay.
Cons
Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute.
