      Great culture within DHS who are very open to contractors. Great training and constantly evolving workplace. Work is engaging - if you enjoy being analytical and researching.

      Cons

      Poorly paid versus APS staff who do the same work. No job security, no pay rise. Unmet promises Performance management from Chandler over the top.

      Pros

      I work in a great team, the culture is good and we all work hard. I can see the leadership take on feedback and implement change when needed. There is lots of transparent communication too. The biggest pro would be good team culture and great work-life balance/flexible working.
