Huge personal satisfaction in a dynamic working environment - Financial Analyst Change Group Americas Employee Review

I've been working with Change Group Americas for a few months. It has been a great experience and I learned so much more than my previous job. This company has a cross discrepancy approach when it comes to daily jobs and solving issues for clients, so I learned so much more out of my area of expertise. Also, teamwork is the key, especially in this company. You need to give others help in time, and you also get a lot of support in return. None of my tasks is exactly the same, every time I need to be reasonably creative and customized for a specific client, so it has been a huge satisfaction when I produced work.
