Pros

- Steady pay - Average insurance coverage - Annual bonus * - 4 weeks of remote work. Each employee can have up to 4 full weeks of working completely remote. - Every 5 years you get a one-month sabbatical.

Cons

- They're DEI heavy. For the month of June, they fly the PRIDE flag and have it posted on their internal site. It's the only group they do this for. They don't even do that much for military appreciation month. - * The Annual bonus is supposed to be a percentage of your salary. However, they can change that at will. So, don't expect to receive that as part of your salary. - They promise one thing then take it back. Hundreds if not thousands of employees were hired with the agreement they'd work remote 100%. Then they decided they wanted everyone back in the office and went to a hybrid approach (3 in and 2 remote - in 2026 that's changing to 4 days in office and 1 day remote). However, they made an exception for those living more than 40 miles away from the facility. Except for me. I live 70 miles away but I was not exempt and had to make the 1.5-hour commute to work. Even though I wasn't client facing and there's no industry regulation that required me to be in office. - Even internally, you have to network to get positions in the company. It's not what you know or your credentials, it's who you know that allows you to get a job. It's the "good ol' boy system" if you will. - In my position, we were required to work our normal 40 hours each week. But there were often times we'd have to work late and on the weekends too. Because we were salaried, it was without additional compensation - either income or time off.

Pros

There are a few great managers here, but they are few and far between. Good amount of sick pay.

Cons

Underpaid for the role. Just another cog in the machine to get tasks done. If you don’t have seniority, but are being mistreated by individuals who are more senior, be ready to shoulder the blame for errors even if you are new. The lack of training is astounding, especially for some departments that are expanding. Lots of koolaid drinking. If you care about being kind and authentic, be careful which team you land with. Take your time during the interview process.
