      Pros

      - Staff in teams are an absolute pleasure and expert in their fields - Good holiday and benefits (if you're there long enough to utilize them!) - Amazing PR that covers up what's really happening in the company

      Cons

      - Uppermost management cannot take feedback - Regularly hiring people they can't afford to pay and having to make redundancies then re-hire at a much lower salary level - No job security - Very poor organization compared to competitor brands and management staff not listened to when trying to make positive change

      Not great for introverted people who like the own time after work or at lunch, atmosphere leads to constantly being together at lunch, after work events, etc
