Pros
Good training and the orientation is very helpful. Additionally the technologies that are available for the recruiters are new and the CRM that is used is top notch.
Cons
The overall feel of the company is off. They over-promise and under deliver to absolutely everyone in the company in the company. The team leads make promises to clients that simply cannot be met and this stems from upper management being afraid to lose accounts. They would rather set unrealistic expectations and fail rather then educate the client and tell them how it really is. This puts huge stress on the actual recruiters where they have to work 50 hrs a week in the office and still have work to take home just to try to meet the deadlines. Same things about expecations happen to employees. EVeryone is promised and path to the top, but there are people working in the company that have not gotten promotions for 3+ years and have been doing good work. At the worst position was the interview specialist. It is essentially a Call Center position where the employee is supposed to read a script for 8 hours a day and conduct interviews. However, if you begin to sound like a robot they will audit your scores and we know what happens from there. They try to recruit recent Grads and sell them this great opportunity, then use their ambition for about 6 months to a year, until they realize most of the positions at Cielo are dead end and they end up leaving anyway. Also compensation is low =(
