Pros

Leftover food some days...that's about it. They try to butter everyone up with games and food but don't be fooled.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional, manipulative and immature lower to mid management (client service managers). If you're looking for a place where you can be a doormat the rest of your life - apply at Cielo. You will be expected to work nights, weekends, holidays without extra pay. CSM's knowingly breach contracts & policies with clients. Do not trust these people...if they want you gone for any small reason they will make it happen and there is a ton of politics and drama involved. Being laid off was the best thing that could have happened to me. Thank god I don't have to deal with this place anymore. I'm sure all of the clients who backed out of their contracts early are thinking the same thing!

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
