Pros

Everyone generally has a very positive attitude, approach to problems. I have always had Leads/ Managers/ Directors willing to listen to me and address any difficulties I may be having. Coming from an in-house role, the ability to request the ability to add staff and to be told "sure, we'll hire X more people" is a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Limited opportunities for remote employees to try new things, get involved in other areas of the organization other than like-for-like recruiter roles. Seems like opportunities for Leads/ CSM's only get shuffled around among those in the role currently or people they know from the outside.

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
