      Pros

      This has been the best employer I have ever had. I started at Cielo 2.5 years ago and have had access to invaluable resources and mentors and was promoted 3 times. This company is constantly challenging the norm and delivering high quality recruitment solutions for all clients. They have put a very large focus around employees and managers to ensure they are a best place to work.

      None at this time - I love my job and this company and have recommended 2 family members and a friend to work here

      Pros

      well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
