First, there is no job security. If your client discontinues the contract with Cielo, you are on your own to find a new position within 1-2 weeks typically. They don’t just place you in a temporary role until transfer. Plus, the last few January/Februarys they have just decided to cut employees for NO good reason, even after the company does well.
Second, the culture is frantic–you’ll be expected to handle requisition loads up to 80-100 (not entry level either), which is not feasible for professional positions. My last two “leads”was a micro-managers that make you feel on edge every time they call. I typically never felt that I was doing things right – I was just waiting to be told what I did wrong “this time” Many employees don’t take their vacation because they don’t feel like they can take the time and/or they don’t want to overwork their already overwhelmed co-workers.
Third, the benefits are not competitive. We previously had a good PPO plan, but they switched to all high deductible plans (even the PPO’s have outrageous deductibles). The 401K Match is 1.5% on 4% - not at all competitive. The vacation plans are good and you increase quickly.
