Pros

Great work environment, tons of on-campus activities and social hours, good people culture, opportunities for growth.

Cons

It's not a stable company to work for at the moment. They are undergoing many changes and you could lose your job at the drop of a hat. I understand the need for change, however, I am currently training four new employees for the role that I am being laid off from. It makes me sick to my stomach that they could just throw me out the door when I am working harder than ever to prove that I belong here, only to train the people they hired to replace me and my teammates.

This is Marissa Geist, COO. Thank you for taking the time to write this post. I understand why it would be hard to train your replacement, especially when you are in transition. I know your team, in particular, put a lot of effort into thinking about the best way to manage the seasonal workloads. That thought included thinking about the fairest way to treat our outgoing employees, and the package they, and you received as you depart our organization. I know there was thought that rather than ending quickly, offering the time to transition would extend the period for you to find your next opportunity before the leave pay started, rather than be seen as punitive action during a tough time. well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
