Pros

Easy access to the freeway.

Cons

You know there’s an issue when someone refers to their positions as “so entry level, all they’re looking for is a warm body with a heart beat.” This is NOT good recruiting! The demand for fast fills was unreal and I was constantly asked to cut corners. I was told to skip behavioral questions during phone interviews and only go over the basics (example: “What compensation are you seeking?”) just so we could get the candidate on the hiring manager’s calendar as soon as possible.

Hi, this is Tara Cassady, EVP of Client Services. This is difficult feedback to read and I would really value the opportunity to understand the specifics. I believe you are suggesting that you were directed by your leader to “cut corners,” correct? It is important that I can learn the details to influence change. You mention you have been at Cielo for 3-4 years, and I’m curious as to whether this was always your experience or if something changed over time. Again, I would appreciate the opportunity to further understand your comments. Contact me any time at tara.cassady@cielotalent.com or 262-439-1428.

Pros

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
