Pros

Benefits and PTO are average Remote work

Cons

My background: I have several years experience with RPOs and 3 years of being a fully remote employee. Cielo cons: Retirement benefits are not competitive. Benefits in general are very average. Lack of engagement and communication. All communication is mostly company "fluff" Preaches diversity, but does not fully engage with it. Very little structure, very manual processes - but this is understandable, as Cielo has grown very quickly. Not much room for growth in responsibilities. You can go from Recruiter to Sr. Recruiter but responsibilities don't change. But this is not uncommon with RPOs. Account specific cons: - Lack of professionalism and accountability. Us vs. the client mentality. -Very transactional with the client, not a true RPO partnership. - Extremely high turnover - Account Leadership often hides it when people leave or says they were promoted, when in actuality they left the company. - Training lasts about a week and then you will be berated for not knowing the entire process. "We already went over this" or "It's on the shared drive" was a common response by week 2. - You will also be berated for not being able to keep up with an extremely high workload. - Very little support from service delivery operations team (recruitment specialists). High turnover from talent acquisition coordinators, often overworked. - No ability for process improvements, idea collaboration. Team calls are all "fluff" and housekeeping items. - Account leadership often brags about working long hours and on weekends.

Hi, this is Tara Cassady, EVP of Client Services. It seems like there is a lot we could talk about – would you be open to a discussion with your leader, People & Culture or me? I want to address your concerns in a more personal way than I can through an anonymous review. What I can say is that we are working to dedicate more time and resources to our onboarding to ensure people do feel more appropriately set up for success. With the rate at which we’re growing, and yes, experiencing the reality of “the great resignation,” we have been ramping up teams quickly to keep up with the needs of our clients, and I recognize there’s opportunity for us to enhance that experience. If you’re open to having a conversation about your feedback, please reach out to me any time via Teams or at Tara.Cassady@cielotalent.com. Thank you.
