Work only until the company loses the contract with the client, which they always do.
Employees of the clients are generally not on board with the Cielo partnership, creating a very resistant work environment
Management supports the "Mean Girl" mentality. Your work is never good enough, and you wonder what the team leads actually do all day. I was on multiple teams and this was consistent on all.
Outsourced sourcing to a foreign 'call center" with inexperienced staff whose performance was measured by quantity over quality, leaving recruiters with only job postings to attract hard-to-find talent as time was not allowed for sourcing on their own. Many good employees lost their jobs to this and the performance of the company went downhill fast. This brilliant cost-saving move cost them a lot in the long run.
I could go on and on with the cons...just glad I'm out of there!
