      Pros

      Nurturing leadership welcome new ideas and reward great effort. Because Cielo is an RPO firm they have the ability and experience to hire fantastic talent for their own company.

      Cons

      The pay is slightly less competitive that some would like, but the atmosphere keeps folks around. The career paths are forged by those who want to do more and better rather than being obviously laid out.
