Pros

Remote Work. Unlimited PTO. That's it.

Cons

No training. They amp up teams and then after 6-8 months cut everyone and add the extra work onto existing employees. Benefits are crap. The executive leadership team does not have anyone's best interest at heart, and if you haven't been working there for 5+ years you are not important to them. There are great leaders, but they are overlooked to promote those because they know people. I would never recommend this company to a single person I know.

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
