Pros

Cons

-Annual Merit Increases did not meet market-match pay policies. -Economic challenges greatly influenced performance bonuses, even after several cycles of staff member layoffs. -Staff member layoffs led to greater workloads for remaining staff members, with a continued increase in required reporting. Email timestamps clearly show Salaried personnel working far outside a 40 - 50 hour work week with little compensation or recognition to complete continued growing requirements. -Burnout was recognized with, "I know it's hard. Hopefully, it will get better soon." rather than, "How or what can I do to assist?" - This part did come along a little later as more layoffs were announced. (FYI: Eventually, some found out just how difficult it was.) -There was no exit interview. One was offered after the last day, which I requested and accepted, but HR never scheduled it. I attempted to contact HR several times through email and voicemail but have not received a reply. -Supposed Rehire Status: I applied for several positions but received the message, "You are not a good fit at this time." I emailed the recruiter for more specific information, explaining that my request was for professional growth and a resume update if needed, but I have not received a reply. -I left voicemails to HR again about rehire status due to several "not at this time" responses, but I have not received a reply. -All in All, generally unresponsive....... Maybe I made the grave error of disclosing a medical issue I was waiting to resolve before I left.

Pros

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
