Pros

This company provides a good work life balance.

Cons

Little to no training. Little to no support from leads and managers. Very low pay. They give you way too big of a work load. I was brand new had no idea what I was doing and had over 60 recs I had to fill. When I told my manager that I was overwhelmed with the amount they gave me she told me she wished she only had 60 when she was a recruiter not taking into account I was grand new at recruiting.

Hello, this is Kirsten Mayer, EVP – People & Culture. I appreciate you taking the time to leave this feedback and I'm glad to hear that you felt supported with a flexible work-life balance. At the same time, I understand your concerns about feeling overwhelmed by your workload, especially when transitioning into a new role. While high requisition volumes can be typical for certain roles, our goal is to ensure that all employees receive training and support to manage those demands effectively as part of their onboarding experience and throughout their career. I would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your specific situation and how we could have better supported you during your time at Cielo. If you're comfortable in doing so, please feel free to reach out to me directly at Kirsten.Mayer@cielotalent.com and we can talk about this confidentially. Thank you.

Pros

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
