As for your additional comments, I’m not sure what you mean by branding? This may be a good topic to raise with your leader or in one of our regular employee surveys. Regarding the community aspect, I highly recommend getting involved with your regional Celebrate Cielo Team or explore our range of Employee Network Groups. There are plenty of groups you can join to align with your personal values! We also have the Cielo Volunteer Day, which is a great way to give back to your community. Cons
No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
