      salary, new offices, some helpful staff

      no thought given to assisting graduates develop a tailored learning path, which assists, motivates and empowers the new recruit, instead they are left to the strengths or in my case weaknesses and disinterest of whatever team they are assigned

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
