- despite being on salary and clocking in and out each day, I was not paid on several occasions and if I didn’t follow up with payroll myself I wouldn’t have been paid at all. - I was having to run the store on 40 less hours than I was supposed to be given, it wasn’t until I was on the phone crying to my regional manager that they realised they made a mistake and NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN. - I was horrendously abused by customers and received no support for the mental strain it caused me. - having to work ridiculous overtime for no extra pay. - when I finally quit, the regional manager had the audacity to escort me out of the store as if I was going to steal something on my way out?! Wasn’t even given the chance to say goodbye to my lovely staff. - regional management were some of the rudest and most out of touch people I have ever come across.
