Cons
- Very severely micromanaged - from 8-6pm, you are interrogated about the 80 tasks they give you for the one day - Poor training - will verbally abuse you for not knowing something they never taught you - Regionals watch cameras 24/7 and will call and interrogate you about what you are doing at that very second - So much theft - all gets blamed on you ( sorry but I can't be across the entire store when you give us barely enough hours to have enough floor coverage ) - Rude customers, when you refer them to the higher ups they just roll on their backs and bow down to the customers, making you look like an idiot for upholding the policies they pressure you to put - Management will lie and blame their mistakes on you because they're allergic to accountability - High management have insane double standards - angry if you don't ring them back immediately but they can ignore your messages for days on end - Higher management are SEVERE bullies - will belittle you constantly and embarrass you publicly when they visit in store and when you're on meetings with other stores - An insanely distrusting company of their own employees - over cautious about internal theft - Management not-so-subtly profiles particular customers, labelling them as people to 'watch' ( often minorities ) - Does nothing about disciplining staff who cause major issues
