Being a small new business can be considered a pro
Cons
Unequal pay among employees with different gender and ethnicity. Favoritism: some employees are allowed to work remotely from anywhere, others are declined that same benefit. No growth opportunities. They prefer to hire new people and make old employees train them rather than promoting the old employees deserving a promotion. Zero commitment to retaining employees. That’s why people continue leaving as soon as they see that it’s impossible to grow in the organization.
