      Being a small new business can be considered a pro

      Cons

      Unequal pay among employees with different gender and ethnicity. Favoritism: some employees are allowed to work remotely from anywhere, others are declined that same benefit. No growth opportunities. They prefer to hire new people and make old employees train them rather than promoting the old employees deserving a promotion. Zero commitment to retaining employees. That’s why people continue leaving as soon as they see that it’s impossible to grow in the organization.

      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      Excessive workload with lack of support for upper management. Your mistakes will be called out but good work will be overlooked. Unless you are a company favorite you will not be treated equally.
