Some great people.............who inevitably leave. Interesting matter.
Cons
Toxic and hostile culture with sprinkles of misogyny and sexism. Rampant favouritism and bias especially by HR team. Unsophisticated operations and facilities. No impartial place to discuss issues or grievances. No consequences for poor behaviour by senior members of staff.
