Pros
Nice office/working space and we would finish at 5 everyday so weren't always expected to work overtime. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Some awful people work here. Be prepared to be ignored half the time and micromanaged for every single thing. Managers make false promises and dont bother helping you half the time, people will be so passive aggressive on email but will pretend to be nice to you in real life. I was actually warned by some people about what this place was like when i had first started. They pretend to help you but in reality nothing happens. A lot of the time you barely get given work. On one occasion a colleague who was senior to me had given me negative feedback on a task that they had not given me the key information on. I also was not informed of this information previously. On another occasion I got told off in an email by a manager for something that was not my fault. When I tried to explain what happened I got ignored. Working here has genuinely affected my mental health not because of the work itself but because of certain people and not being listened to.
