Pros
As a prep you could make as many tips as you do your hourly rate. As for the store I worked at (Fenton) people would tip almost every time. This was a pro, but also the flexability the company had with hours. Since I was part time and was in high school, playing sports, I only said I could work on weekends and that is what I did.
Cons
As a prep you are there if it 100 degrees down to 0 degrees. The weather is not ideal with this because obviously I either freeze or every inch of my body is covered in sweat. It is a lot of labor.
