Very strict on hitting a minimum of 50 hours Shared ownership of a specific site made upper management a nightmare because I was being told two different things and they’d never communicate with each other. Had to be clean shaven to the point where I was damaging my skin… Like the tiniest bit of hair was commented on. Just became very ridiculous.
