      I don't thing there were any pros

      Cons

      The worse paid firm. Lack of transparency in the payment. Not meritocratic! Partners withhold information of cases. But the worse, the selection of the most incompetent lawyer I have ever worked with.

      Pros

      They respect work life balance, and are very generous with heads-up during layoffs.

      Cons

      Basically no promotion opportunities, don't expect to move up a career ladder in IT here.

      Pros

      Hybrid work option, but that’s it. Would give zero stars if I could.

      Cons

      Micromanagement on steroids, no work-life balance, taking time off is frowned upon, no cameraderie or office culture whatsoever, not unusual to get emails from senior partners in the middle of the night
