      Pros

      Very few aside from flexible working

      Cons

      Zero chance of promotion unless you are one of the favourites. Promises made but never kept. Only offer pay rises when people leave. Dreadful pay and pay rises. Unachievable bonus scheme. Unachievable targets Constantly overlooked. EP's only interested in their favourites.

      Pros

      They respect work life balance, and are very generous with heads-up during layoffs.

      Cons

      Basically no promotion opportunities, don't expect to move up a career ladder in IT here.

      Pros

      Hybrid work option, but that’s it. Would give zero stars if I could.

      Cons

      Micromanagement on steroids, no work-life balance, taking time off is frowned upon, no cameraderie or office culture whatsoever, not unusual to get emails from senior partners in the middle of the night
