great company - Administrative Assistant Co-Optim Employee Review

Best Company to work for!! Family like atmosphere. Management works right along side the employees. Benefits are amazing and pay is great! Work was not too demanding.

I cant think of any cons

In my 2-person office, I had a fabulous co-worker. She was super friendly and a great help in overall a broken company culture.

There is an extremely high turnover rate due to management's inability to understand how to even begin mentoring, appreciating staff & developing a positive corporate culture. This severely limited trust within rank and file staff. The boss and his number one assistant are highly reactive, resulting in an inability to see the long term potential of employees. This is undoubtedly a major contributor to their high turnover rate.
