      above minimum wage, standard retail, small stores giving a community feel, lots of opportunities to get involved with the local community

      Management expect you to be available 7 days a week from 06.30 to 22.30

I'm sorry to hear that your manager is not offering you any flexibility, if they are asking you to do additional work out side of your contract and overtime that you do not want to do please raise this with the HR so this can be looked into. ^Catherine

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
