Handling of Pandemic - Mechanical Engineer Coffman Engineers Employee Review

We are trying to step wise as we head back to the office. As states start opening up, and the CDC relaxes requirements, we are allowing each office to move at the pace of their local jurisdictions. Everyone has their own risk assessment to perform. We want to do so safely and in step with the general risk level of the community you are in. The risk on the other side is the risk to our mentorship and culture. Tough needle to thread, but we are doing our best. Hard to have more than a neutral outlook in the midst of a pandemic.
