Thanks for the list of "Pros". One of the things to consider when comparing companies is the long-term stability of the company. While we sometimes hear that competitors pay more, stability of employment and our business is vitally important to Coffman. We are not a volatile employer. And we are proud of that. Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.
Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
