      Pros

      Multi-state level company allows you to use the expertise of teams all over the country for different construction disciplines. Lot's of different teams under one roof makes project coordination much simpler. If you need to talk to structural you just walk across the office. Mechanical team is highly experienced and helpful so if you ever need help they are great.

      Cons

      I wasn't much of a fan of their budget management system. You spend a large amount of time on it, however the benefit is that you are always aware of how much more time you have to finish a project.

      Our multidiscipline approach is a significant value proposition to our clients as they can hire all of their engineering services under one contract. We don't ever force that on our clients, but we hope that they see the benefit. Regarding our budget management/billing system, we are in the midst of an upgrade to that system, which will be a significant improvement. Thanks for the feedback. Dave Ruff - CEO

      Pros

      Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.

      Pros

      Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.

      Cons

      Hiring process is a little late in the year ~April for students trying to get internships.
