It’s close to the mall and to the interstate. One good thing is that they pay all the Recruiters the same base salary.
Cons
First of all, three Recruiters are crammed into each office, and these offices are tiny! You are not allowed to print a job description. Anything that does not need to be filed away in an employee file cannot be printed. You are not allowed to have your cell phone at your desk. You get two fifteen-minute breaks, so you can use your phone during those breaks or your lunch. If you need a pop or snack from the vending machine, that needs to be done during your break too. You can’t walk away from your desk during work hours unless you are going to the bathroom. Their clients can be counted on your fingers; there is not a single business development position at Collins. Most of their business comes from one big client. If they ever lost that client, they would be in big trouble. There is no room for growth. The husband and wife (Bob and Cindy Collins) run the company.
