Pros

Lots of free time for the most part, but not always, which is fine.

Cons

Employees complaints or concerns fall on deaf ears. Upper management/corporate are huge cliques. Lack of appreciation for the work of the lower level employees. This company does not care for it's employees. If you work front desk or anything that is part time, you will be viewed as replaceable and unimportant.

Cons

Staff turnover (young adults), scheduling staff can be challenging.
