Worked with some great people, loved most of the customers

Management was the worst I have ever had. Almost every single supervisor was sexist, ageist, racist, or all of the above.

Lots of free time for the most part, but not always, which is fine.

Cons

Employees complaints or concerns fall on deaf ears. Upper management/corporate are huge cliques. Lack of appreciation for the work of the lower level employees. This company does not care for it's employees. If you work front desk or anything that is part time, you will be viewed as replaceable and unimportant.

The Cons far outweigh the pros, and some groups of people there behave very unprofessionally.

Cons

There has been observable bullying and disrespect toward some good employees and members, and we have not yet seen anyone stand up and do the right thing. Instead of sweeping these legitimate concerns under the rug, they need to implement a zero tolerance policy. It is an uncomfortable environment for any calm and reasonable person who just want to do the right thing and work with other like-mnded people with the same values to treat other people with respect.
