There has been observable bullying and disrespect toward some good employees and members, and we have not yet seen anyone stand up and do the right thing. Instead of sweeping these legitimate concerns under the rug, they need to implement a zero tolerance policy. It is an uncomfortable environment for any calm and reasonable person who just want to do the right thing and work with other like-mnded people with the same values to treat other people with respect.
