Some lack of communication from upper management

It's really a great place to work, people are friendly, work is easy, low stress environment.

Like usual once a company reaches a certain size the upper management becomes out of touch and lose sight of any business sense which ends up effecting the customer experience. Community is no different, for example, at the cafe we would receive seasonal drink recipes like an 'Sweet Potato Pie Latte' which is made with sweet potato puree, which I would never put in a drink recipe. Every staff member and customer hated it, and the upper management didn't care to involve any of the cafe staff in the drink creation process.
