Healthy compensation package with nice package, no micromanaging, very autonomous work space.

Very “corporate” with some staff and protocol inefficiencies but as a start up in California these challenges are to be expected.

Has a great view of what should be happening in medicine, with moments that matter, aging in place, keeping patients out of the hospital.

This is a company with unrealistic goals. They expect tasks to be completed including extensive documentation without the time to do so, not enough driving time to see the patients. There is so much education that Im not even doing medicine anymore. Poor management, that trickles down to poor schedules and poor patient and employee satisfaction.
