Odd structure, minimal oversight- this position wasn't well thought out and was constantly in flux. From who was assigned as supervision to scope of the position, it was constantly changing with not transparency.

Has a great view of what should be happening in medicine, with moments that matter, aging in place, keeping patients out of the hospital.
Cons
This is a company with unrealistic goals. They expect tasks to be completed including extensive documentation without the time to do so, not enough driving time to see the patients. There is so much education that Im not even doing medicine anymore. Poor management, that trickles down to poor schedules and poor patient and employee satisfaction.
