At times we need to offer this support in different ways, such as implementing performance improvement plans should expectations not be met. Connected Kerb ensure these processes are run fairly and efficiently, ensuring the employee is supported by not only their manager but the People team or our EAP scheme.
Our Leadership team communicate as openly and honestly as they can on a regular basis. Connected Kerb has been transparent about the challenges the business is currently facing, and it is clear that these challenges are being faced across the industry. Our products are at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves and our reputation on the quality of what we deliver to our customers. We innovate and review continuously to ensure we are bringing the best products to market and provide honest insights to customers about the products we will deliver.
