The CEO operates without real authority, with spending habits that highlight misplaced priorities compared to employee compensation. 3. Benefits and promotions are distributed based on favoritism rather than merit, discouraging talent and hard work. 4. There is a complete lack of accountability at the executive level, which undermines trust and morale. 5. Investors appear disengaged, and it is long overdue for them to recognize the realities of how the organization is being run.
