      The whole idea behind Conrad is good, and the company has some great people. Also good support for home working.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Lack of support for staff development, engagement, and welfare. Life work balance totally wrong.

      Directors save their skin by sacking people

      Growing company, lots to do

      Cons

      Directors make obvious errors despite their staff telling them it is wrong, when the error comes to light they "terminate" their staff to save their own jobs. This has been repeated multiple times. Staff are not listened to only directors opinions matter

      Senior management have a draconian approach to management and do not value their employees or do they hold basic morales and standards. Fail to recognise hardworking individuals who are at the coal face making the business operate.
